Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Reuben is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Before joining the lab, he completed his PhD on automated MR brain segmentation methods at King’s College London (United Kingdom). Before this, Reuben completed an MSc in Applied Mathematics at CentraleSupelec and an MSc in Computer Science at Ecole Normale Superieure Paris Saclay.
Reuben’s research focuses on developing image-based technologies for intra-operative guidance during neurosurgery. Specifically, his project aims to register preoperative MRI with intra-operative ultrasound and provide real-time delineation of brain tumors in ultrasound imaging. His research lies at the intersection of multiple branches of Machine Learning: Multi-Task Learning, Hetero-Modal Learning (dealing with missing imaging modalities), Domain Adaptation, and Weakly Supervised Learning.
